A FEW CHOICES, MADE BY YOU

Set the scene together.

  1. Pick a scene

    Browse the animated visuals and choose one you both like. Try the cartoon characters or explore other scenes in the collection.

  2. Choose the light and sound

    Adjust the brightness for your space. Leave sound off while you talk or read aloud, or choose an ambient track such as rain, waves or piano.

  3. Choose your session

    Set a timer to end the visual session and fade out the sound. You can also choose continuous playback. Make the selection before you settle into your activity together.

While you read a story

Keep the light on without audio while you read a book aloud. Your voice tells the story; Night Light provides the visual scene. Pick the animation together before you begin.

With an ambient sound

Choose an animation and a sound to go with it. Try rain, waves or piano, then adjust the brightness and choose a timer for your time together. You can also enjoy the light on its own.

What is included for free?

The first 3 visualizations, the first 4 sounds and White Noise are included for free. Premium unlocks more than 15 animated visuals and more than 20 sound options. Check your app store for prices and purchase terms.

Where does the story come from?

The story comes from a separate book, read aloud by an adult. Night Light provides the visual scene and optional ambient audio.

Does it turn off my phone?

No. The timer ends the visual session and fades out the sound; it does not turn off your phone.
